摘要
学校是开展劳动力文化教育的主体,开展劳动教育需要小学课程体系的大力推动。小学阶段要创设实景,开展项目培训,实现校内因地制宜,稳定和常态化地开展农业种植与劳动教育相结合。文章首先分析了小学劳动教育实施过程中存在的问题,认为学校应从树立劳动教育观、确立劳动教育课程设计原则、开设劳动课程、搭建劳动平台、开发校外劳动资源、建立劳动教育评价机制等六个方面入手开展劳动教学的思考和实践,最终实现以劳树德、以劳启智、以劳健体、以劳育美的教学目标。
Schools are the main body for carrying out labor culture education,and carrying out labor education requires the strong promotion of the primary school curriculum system.In primary school stage,it is necessary to create real-life scenarios,carry out project training,combine agricultural planting with labor education in a stable and normalized way within the school according to local conditions.The article first analyzes the problems that exist in the implementation of primary school labor education,and holds that schools should start to carry out thinking and practice of labor teaching from six aspects:establishing the concept of labor education,establishing principles of curriculum design for labor Education,offering labor courses,building labor platforms,developing off-campus labor resources,and constructing a labor education evaluation mechanism,ultimately achieving the teaching goal of cultivating morality through labor,inspiring wisdom through labor,promoting physical fitness through labor,and nurturing beauty through labor.
