摘要
能源是实现碳中和目标的主战场,能源系统电气化、电力系统低碳化是能源转型发展的主要方向。随着风电、光伏等可再生能源逐步成为电力系统主力军,电网稳定运行压力增大,储能成为支撑新型能源系统稳定运行的核心环节。中长期新型储能规模将突破8亿千瓦,极端情景下将超过20亿千瓦。当前,储能技术已进入多元、快速发展的新阶段,多种技术“百花齐放”,产业规模快速扩大。建议以促进储能发展为突破口,强化顶层设计、加强财税支持、完善价格机制、集聚关键要素、创新商业模式、深化国际合作,加快我国能源低碳转型的步伐。
Energy is the main battlefield for achieving carbon neutrality target,and electrification of energy systems and high proportion of renewable energy in power systems are the main directions for low-carbon energy development.With renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic gradually becoming the main force of the power system,the pressure on stable operation of the power grid increases,and energy storage plays an important role in new energy systems.The scale of new-style energy storage in the medium to long term will exceed 800 million kilowatts,and in extreme scenarios,the scale will exceed 2 billion kilowatts.At present,energy storage has entered a new stage of diversified and rapid development,with various technologies blooming and the industrial scale rapidly expanding.It is recommended to take promoting the development of energy storage as a breakthrough,strengthen top-level design,strengthen financial and tax support,improve pricing mechanisms,gather key elements,innovate business models,deepen international cooperation,and accelerate China's low-carbon energy transformation.
