新时代我国基础教育课程改革的价值追求与内在理路 被引量:1

摘要 与以往相比,新课程方案和课程标准以核心素养为育人指向,通过课程目标、结构化的课程内容、典型的学科实践、学业质量的素养实践表达,以及重新强化教研活动作用,使核心素养从一套理论框架落实到课程与教学改革的实践过程。这实质上是对历次课程教学改革所积累的问题的突破与经验的总结。在课程改革的整体历史中展开对课程方案与课标修订的理解,可梳理出我国课程改革独特的逻辑脉络与内在理路,体现课程改革是一个问题解决的过程,始终遵循课程改革的实践逻辑,不断提高对本土意识的关切。 New curriculum program and curriculum standards take core competency as educational orientation and implement core competency from theoretical framework to curriculum and teaching reform through cur riculum objectives,structured curriculum content,typical subject practice,practical expression of academic quality and re-strengthening the role of teaching and research.This is essentially a breakthrough of previous reforms and summary of experience.Understanding the revision of curriculum program and curriculum standards from the perspective of curriculum reform can condense the unique logic of China's curriculum reform,which shows that curriculum reform is a problem-solving process,follows the practical logic of curriculum reform and constantly improves concern for local consciousness.
