摘要
教学共鸣是指教师和学生在同一教学场域内,以具有感染力和启迪性的教学内容为中介,主体间思想和情感契合相通、和谐一致的教学过程,及其所达成的教学完满状态。基于主体间性哲学,教学共鸣在时空条件上具有主体共在性,在触发机制上具有经验相似性,在活动方式上具有主体交互性,在表现形式上具有行为默契性。教学共鸣有利于建立精神层面的主体合作关系,有利于师生获得美美与共的课堂体验,有利于营造师生彼此成就的教学氛围,有利于守持教育的终极关怀。可以通过组织、触发、表达和调配四个方面的策略实现教学共鸣:设置悬念,营造反差,利用铺垫和反转触动学生;转换视角,巧用类比,在相似与差异中寻找共鸣点;注入想象,描绘细节,增强表达的画面感与信念感;把握节奏,适时停顿,用气氛带动学生走进情境。
Teaching resonance refers to the teaching process in which teachers and students use infectious and enlightening teaching content to achieve harmony between idea and emotion in the same teaching field,and complete teaching state.Based on intersubjectivity philosophy,it has subject coexistence in spatiotemporal condition,empirical similarity in trigger mechanism,subject interaction in activity mode,and tacit understanding in behavior expression.It is conducive to the establishment of spiritual cooperative relationship,good classroom experience for teachers and students,creating a teaching atmosphere of mutual achievement,and maintaining the ultimate care of education.It can be achieved through four strategies:organizing,triggering,expressing and deploying:setting suspense,creating contrast and using foreshadowing and reversal to impress student,shifting perspectives,using analogies,and finding resonance points in similarities and differences,injecting imagination,depicting details and enhancing the sense of picture and belief of expression,and grasping rhythm,pausing at the right time and using at mosphere to bring students into situation.
