基于特征流量辨识的机组一次调频性能提升分析

摘要 依据东北电网一次调频考核规则,结合机组自身特点,从一次调频信号源、控制策略、阀门流量特性曲线等方面研究,以提升机组一次调频性能。提出网频动态调整方法和负荷动态补偿调整方法,使机组在全模式下满足东北电网一次调频考核规则,减少一次调频考核,提高机组的经济性和安全性。 In order to improve the performance of primary frequency modulation,the primary frequency modulation signal source,control strategy and valve flow characteristic curve are studied according to the primary frequency modulation assessment rules of Northeast Power Grid and the unit characteristics.The dynamic adjustment method of network frequency and the dynamic compensation adjustment method of load are put forward to make the unit satisfy the primary frequency regulation of Northeast Power Grid in full mode,reduce the primary frequency regulation and improve the unit's economy and safety.
