基于动态功煤比的快速燃料热值校正方法

摘要 火电机组入炉煤种的不固定性及随机性将对机组协调控制系统造成极大的干扰,现有的燃煤热值校正技术的校正时间为2 h左右,而且校正过程有扰动,无法满足机组自动控制系统的需求。零扰动快速燃煤热值校正方法,能够满足机组负荷变化后,燃煤量配比的精准性,燃煤热值校正的校正时间能够达到秒级,使机组协调系统不受煤种变化的影响,校正过程能够保证无扰。 The uncertainty and randomness of the coal type of the thermal power unit will cause great interference to the coordinated control system of the unit.The correction time of the existing coal-fired calorific value correction technology is about 2 hours,and the correction process is disturbed,which cannot meet the requirements of the unit's automatic control system.The zero disturbance fast coal-fired calorific value correction method can meet the accuracy of coal consumption ratio after unit load change,and the correction time of coal-fired calorific value correction can reach the level of seconds,so that the unit coordination system is not affected by the change of coal type,and the correction process can ensure no disturbance.
