摘要
摔跤和散打都是具有较强对抗性的竞技运动项目,都无法避免出现不同程度的运动损伤,而使运动员无法有效施展技战术。基于此,本文首先对摔跤与散打项目运动损伤的类型进行了概括,之后提出摔跤与散打项目运动损伤的防护策略,最后分别针对指、腕关节、肩关节和肩带以及膝关节几个部位的运动损伤,提出了恢复训练的方法。
Both wrestling and Sanda(free combat)are competitive sports with strong antagonism,which certain degrees of sports injuries is unavoidable,as a result,the athletes are not able to effectively display their skills and tactics.This paper first summarizes the types of sports injuries in wrestling and sanda,and then summarizes the protective strategies for sports.Finally,it puts forward the recovery training methods for sports injuries in wrestling and free combat for sports injuries in finger,wrist,shoulder,shoulder belt and knee joint respectively.
