摘要
本文利用文献资料、历史研究等方法,系统总结了新中国以来中小学体育课程改革的发展演进历史,全面剖析了70年来体育课程变革浮沉交替阶段,将体育课程改革历程分成了起步、挫折、调整、停滞、重启等阶段,梳理了历次政策改革中蕴含的不同社会价值观念以及各个阶段党的教育思想,并从中反思了问题及成因,期望为推动新时代学校体育课程发展提供历史参考。
Using the methods of literature review and historical research,this paper systematically summarizes the development and evolution history of physical education curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and comprehensively analyzes the ups and downs of the physical education curriculum reform in the past 70 years.The six stages of reform,adjustment,stagnation,and restart have been sorted out,the different social values contained in the previous reforms,and the party's educational thinking at each stage are concluded.This paper reflects on the problems and causes,hoping to provide historical reference for promoting the development of school physical education courses in the new era.
