Traditional sports culture,which contains rich historical connotation and cultural value,plays an essential role in the recent social development.However,its inheritance faces severe challenge in the modernization process.Thus,this paper discusses in-depth the importance of traditional sports culture in the education of teenagers,explores its inheritance goals,content and strategy among teenagers.
