摘要
创新实践平台是学生开展科技创新活动的基本场所,构建创新实践平台是培养创新型人才的重要途径,也是新时期大学教育的追求。华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院从培养学生创新意识、提升学生创新能力的目标出发,构建了多元化、科学化的创新人才培养模式,并依托现有实验资源构建了多层次有机化学创新实践平台,助力创新型人才培养。
The innovation practice platform is the basic place for students to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities.Constructing innovative practice platforms is an important way of cultivating innovative talents,and also the pursuit of university education in the new era.The School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology aims at cultivating students innovative consciousness and enhancing their innovative ability,constructs a diversified and scientific innovation talents training mode and builds a multi-level organic chemistry innovation practice platform relying on existing resources,to assist in the cultivation of innovative talents.
