基于全生命周期成本的聚丙烯纤维增强水泥基建材成本分析

摘要 采用聚丙烯纤维增强水泥基建材不仅能够提高废聚酯的回收利用率,还能减少建材生产成本.将全生命周期理论纳入水泥基建材生产过程的成本分析,对材料生产的全过程费用进行拆分,梳理生命周期成本分析清单,以聚丙烯纤维增强水泥基建材为实际算例,通过对比分析玻璃纤维水泥基建材和聚丙烯纤维水泥基建材,测算出较为经济的绿色建材生产技术,为绿色建材生产打下坚实基础.结果表明,聚丙烯纤维水泥基复合材料相对降低了材料成本和环境治理成本,采用聚丙烯纤维作为增强剂,使产品生产过程的成本降低了13%. Utilizing polypropylene fiber reinforced cement-based building materials not only improves the recycling rate of waste polyester but also reduces the production cost of building materials.By incorporating the full life cycle costs into the cost analysis of cement-based building materials production,the comprehensive costs of material production are systematically dissected,and the life cycle cost analysis is organized.Using polypropylene fiber reinforced cement-based building materials as a practical case study,more economically efficient green building material production techniques are calculated through a comparative analysis between glass fiber cement-based building materials and polypropylene fiber cement-based building materials.This lays a solid foundation for the production of green building materials.The results indicate that polypropylene fiber cementbased composite materials exhibit relatively lower material costs and environmental management costs.Using polypropylene fiber as a reinforcement reduces the cost of the product production process by 13%.
