摘要
为探究数字技术应用对企业碳减排决策的影响,从数字技术应用角度构建政府、企业和消费者三方演化博弈模型,分析数字技术应用对政府市场监管、企业碳减排和消费者低碳产品购买均衡策略的影响情况.结果表明:政府是否采取市场监管策略取决于税收情况,当税收大于监管成本时,政府选择市场监管;消费者购买低碳产品策略相对于政府监管策略来说是影响企业生产低碳产品更为重要的因素;数字技术应用提高了消费者绿色信任,降低企业生产成本,加快了消费者购买低碳产品收敛速度,促进消费者购买低碳产品,并由此推动企业减排意愿.基于此,政府和企业应加强低碳宣传,提升消费者低碳意识.同时将数字技术应用于生产生活中以提高生产效率,减少能源损耗,提升消费者绿色信任,推进经济社会生活高质量发展.
In order to explore the influence of digital technology application on enterprises’decision-making regarding carbon emission reduction,we constructed an evolutionary game model of government,enterprises and consumers from the perspective of digital technology application,and analyzed the impact of digital technology application on government market supervision,enterprises’efforts in carbon emission reduction,and consumers’equilibrium strategy for purchasing lowcarbon products.The results show that:firstly,whether the government adopts a market supervision strategy depends on the tax situation.When the tax exceeds the supervision cost,the government chooses market supervision.Second,the strategy of consumers buying low-carbon products is a more important factor affecting enterprises’decision to produce low-carbon products compared with the government supervision strategy.Thirdly,the application of digital technology improves consumers’low-carbon trust,reduces the production cost of enterprises,accelerates the convergence of consumers towards low-carbon product purchases,stimulates greater consumer preference for low-carbon products,and consequently promotes enterprises’willingness to reduce emissions.Based on this research,the government and enterprises should strengthen their efforts in low-carbon promotion and enhance consumers’low-carbon awareness.At the same time,digital technology should be leveraged across production and daily life to improve production efficiency,reduce energy consumption,enhance consumers’low-carbon trust,and facilitate high-quality development of economy and social life.
