基于静压变形的膜结构预张力测量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足我国膜结构行业的工程需要,保障膜结构的日常维护和安全使用,利用静压变形原理设计一种新型膜结构预张力测量方法。根据静压变形的理论推导出一套适用于多种膜材的预张力测量的理论方程,并据此提出相关的测量方法。通过数值模拟对该测量方法进行验证,模拟结果显示该方法具有很好的准确性,同时确定了测量仪器的尺寸和测量范围。通过实测显示实验结果和理论与模拟结果有很好的一致性。该方法操作简单,准确性高,工作量小,可以测量各种膜材。可以根据此方法制作一种新型预张力测量仪器,用于膜结构的预张力测量,进一步保证膜结构的安全可靠性。 In order to meet the engineering needs of China’s membrane structure industry and ensure the daily maintenance and safe use of membrane structure,a new membrane structure pretension measurement method is designed based on the principle of static pressure deformation.According to the theory of static pressure deformation,a set of theoretical equations suitable for the measurement of pretension of various membrane materials are deduced,and the relevant measurement methods are put forward.The measurement method is verified by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the method has good accuracy,and the size and measurement range of the measuring instrument are determined.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical and simulation results.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and small workload,and can measure the warp and weft pretension.According to this theory,a new pretension measuring instrument can be made for the pretension measurement of membrane structure to further ensure the safety and reliability of membrane structure.
