Development Achievements and Industrialization suggestion ofhigh speed railway Bearings

我国高铁长期采用进口轴承,现实应用和长远发展都需要高铁轴承国产化、产业化。介绍我国高铁轴承研制成果,全过程研发取得实质性成果、多方案优化和试制保证试装车产品性能相对先进、型式试验和研究性试验初步验证装车产品的基本性能;分析需深化研究问题并提出建议,在用轴承大样本运用数据进一步统计分析利用、轴承计算bm系数取值亟待规范、加强研究性试验设计并分析利用试验结果、开展台架型式试验装置规范化研究、研究并完善设计计算方法和试验验证手段;最后对我国高铁轴承产业化推进提出建议。对深化高铁轴承研究方向和重点工作及产业化工作具有现实指导意义。

Imported bearings have been used for high speed railways in China for a long time,however,both practical application and long-term development require the industrialization of domestically produced bearings.This paper first introduces the development achievements of high speed railway bearing in China.The whole process of R&D,the optimization of multiple schemes and trial production have ensured the relatively advanced performance of trial assembly vehicles,and the basic performance of assembly products have been preliminarily verified through type tests and research tests.The paper also studies issues that require further research,including the data analysis of bearing large samples,the standardization of the calculation of bearing bm coefficient,the design of research tests and the analysis of test results,the standardized research on bench type test equipment and the improvement of design calculation methods and test verification methods.Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the industrialization of high speed railway bearings in China,which has practical guiding significance for deepening the research and the industrialization of high speed railway bearings.
