电力线路跨越电气化铁路断线影响范围研究

摘要 电气化铁路特别是高速铁路大规模建设中,与高等级电力线路频繁发生交叉穿越的情况,铁路建成运营后,如发生电力线路断线工况,会严重影响高速铁路的运行安全。研究电力线路跨越电气化铁路断线影响范围,建立柔性导线断线模型,获得了线路交叉角度、弧垂及挂线点高度对断线影响范围的规律,以及考虑风舞条件的断线影响范围与覆冰条件的断线影响范围。断线影响范围随交叉角度(0~90°)的增加而减小,随挂线点高度的增加而增大,随弧垂高度增加而增大,随断线间距的增加而减小;当线路覆冰时,受风阻力影响,落线范围减小。该研究成果应用于京唐城际铁路,并可为电力线路防护棚洞修建长度提供数据支持。 In the large-scale construction of electrified railways,especially high speed railways,railway lines cross high-grade power lines frequently.After the railway is completed and put into operation,if the power line is disconnected,the operation safety of high speed railways will be seriously affected.This paper studies the disconnection influence of power lines across electrified railways,establishes a flexible conductor disconnection model,and obtains the influence rules of crossing angle,heights of sag and hanging point on the disconnection influence range,as well as considers the disconnection influence ranges of wind conditions and icing conditions.The disconnection influence range decreases with the increase of crossing angle(0~90°),increases with the increase of heights of hanging point and sag,and decreases with the increase of distance between disconnections.When the line is covered with ice,the line dropping range decreases due to wind resistance.The research results are applied to Beijing-Tangshan HSR and can provide data support for the construction length of protective shed tunnels for power lines.
