腹腔镜阑尾切除术虚拟仿真实验平台的开发与应用研究

摘要 随着三维重建、虚拟现实等新兴信息技术的发展,通过构建三维虚拟仿真实验平台积极探索外科手术技能教学改革的必要性日渐凸显。虚拟仿真实验平台能够高度还原外科手术技能过程,学员可通过逼真的三维实验场景实践虚拟技能实验过程,且平台即使在虚拟仿真实验室外也能随时在线实践(二维场景),进而实现对传统外科教学模式的创新。文章以腹腔镜阑尾切除术虚拟仿真实验平台的构建为例,详细介绍了如何开发这类适用外科手术技能教学的虚拟仿真实验平台,并示范如何在外科专业型硕士研究生的临床技能教学中有效应用这类平台以改善教学效能。 With the development of three-dimensional reconstruction,virtual reality,and other emerging information technologies,it is increasingly necessary to actively explore the reform of surgical skill teaching by constructing a three-dimensional virtual simulation experimental platform.The virtual simulation experimental platform can highly simulate the surgical process,the students can practice the surgical process in the realistic three-dimensional experiment scene,and the platform is available online as a two-dimensional model at any time even outside the simulated laboratory to realize the innovation of the traditional surgical teaching mode.Taking the construction of a virtual simulation experimental platform for Laparoscopic Appendectomy as an example,this paper introduces in detail how to develop this kind of virtual simulation experimental platform suitable for teaching surgical skills,and demonstrates how to effectively apply this kind of platform to improve teaching efficiency in clinical skills teaching for graduate students for professional master degree of Surgery.
