民航飞行员心理资本与安全绩效的关系研究

Research on relationship between psychological capital and safety performance of civil aviation pilots

为深入探讨民航飞行员心理资本对安全绩效的影响作用机制,基于解释结构模型(ISM)分析安全绩效心理影响因素间的关系,构建心理资本对安全绩效的研究假设模型;以331名民航飞行员为调查对象,运用结构方程模型(SEM)实证检验民航飞行员心理资本与安全绩效间的关系。研究结果表明:心理资本及其各维度均对民航飞行员安全绩效产生显著的正向影响;安全态度、工作投入在心理资本与安全绩效间发挥部分中介作用;正、负性情绪在心理资本与工作投入间分别具有显著的正向、负向的调节作用。研究结果可为民航有关部门单位提高民航飞行员安全绩效提供理论支持。

In order to deeply explore the influence mechanism of psychological capital on the safety performance of civil aviation pilots,the relationship between psychological influencing factors of safety performance was analyzed based on interpretative structural modeling(ISM),and a research hypothesis model of psychological capital on safety performance was constructed.331 civil aviation pilots were investigated,and the relationship between psychological capital and safety performance of civil aviation pilots was tested by structural equation modeling(SEM).The results show that the psychological capital and all its dimensions have significant positive impact on the safety performance of civil aviation pilots.The safety attitude and work input play a part-mediating role between psychological capital and safety performance of civil aviation pilots.The positive and negative emotions have significant positive and negative moderating effect between psychological capital and work input.The research results can provide theoretical support for relevant civil aviation departments to improve the safety performance of civil aviation pilots.
