湖北自贸区武汉片区发展路径研究——基于第三批自贸区运行五年的比较分析

Study on the Development Path of Wuhan Area of Hubei Pilot Free Trade Zone——Based on the comparative analysis of the five-year operation of the third batch of free trade zones

为高标准建设自贸区,推进高水平对外开放,通过对第三批自贸区运行五年的比较分析,指出湖北自贸区武汉片区存在“路径依赖”,企业质量参差不齐,缺乏全流程的贸易便利化改革等问题,并结合江苏、广东、上海等省市的经验做法,提出创新进口促进平台、创建自贸联动创新区,加快口岸开放建设、持续优化营商环境等推进武汉片区发展的对策,促进武汉市对外开放平台建设,以期为湖北省乃至全国提供更多可复制、可推广的经验。

In order to build a high standard free trade zone and promote a high level of opening up to the outside world,through the comparative analysis of the third batch of free trade zones operating for five years,it is pointed out that the Wuhan area of Hubei Free trade Zone has problems such as path dependence,uneven quality of enterprises,lack of whole-process trade facilitation reform.Combined with the experience of Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shanghai and other provinces and cities,This paper proposes measures to promote the development of Wuhan area,such as innovating import promotion platform,creating free trade linkage innovation zone,accelerating port opening construction,and continuously optimizing business environment,so as to promote the construction of Wuhan's opening platform to the outside world even to provide more replicable and popularizing experience for Hubei Province and even the whole country.
