摘要
乙氧基喹啉(EQ)是全球饲料行业应用广泛的抗氧化剂之一,具有功能性良好且生产成本较低的优势,长期应用于集约化农业生产中。2017年欧盟发布暂停EQ在饲料行业使用的规定,使其安全性成为行业内关注的热点;2022年欧盟未批准EQ作为抗氧化剂功能组的饲料添加剂相关条例的发布,再次聚焦其安全性问题。为充分了解EQ在饲料行业的应用及其安全性,文章从EQ的生产工艺优化、饲料行业应用沿革、产品质量和性能研究、安全性评估,以及EQ在饲料行业应用中可能存在的风险及问题等方面进行分析,以期为我国饲料行业抗氧化剂的科学使用及安全评估体系构建提供参考。
Ethoxyquin(EQ)is one of the antioxidants widely used in the global feed industry.Due to its advantages of wide application,good function and low cost,EQ have been intensively used in agricultural production for a long time.In 2017,the European Union issued a moratorium on the use of EQ in the feed industry,making its safety become the focus of attention.The issue of EQ safety was once again brought into focus by the publication of regulations in 2022 concerning the non-approval of EQ as feed additive belonging to the functional group of antioxidants.In order to fully understand the application and safety of EQ in feed industry,the production process optimization,the application history of EQ used in feed industry,product quality and performance research,application and safety evaluation of EQ,and possible risks and problems of EQ in the application of feed industry were reviewed in this paper.This review provides reference for the scientific application and safety evaluation system construction of antioxidants in China feed industry.
