摘要
蛋白质是组成机体的重要营养物质,蛋白质营养的核心是氨基酸营养,其吸收与代谢对动物的生长发育起到关键作用。反刍动物拥有独特的微生物发酵系统,影响蛋白质和氨基酸代谢的因素较多,表现出蛋白质利用低、小肠氨基酸营养调控复杂等特点。文章从反刍动物蛋白质代谢及小肠氨基酸营养两个方面,系统阐述了影响反刍动物蛋白质利用的因素及优化小肠氨基酸组成模式,旨在为相关研究提供科学依据。
Protein is the most important nutrient for animals,the core of protein nutrition is amino acid nutrition,which absorption and metabolism play a key role in the growth and development of animals.Ruminant has a unique microbial fermentation system,which has many factors affecting protein and amino acid metabolism.It is characterized by low protein utilization and complex amino acid nutrition regulation in small intestine.In this paper,the factors affecting the utilization of protein in ruminants and the optimization of amino acid composition pattern in small intestine were systematically expounded from two aspects of protein metabolism and amino acid nutrition in the ruminants,in order to provide scientific basis for related research.
