具有相关性的测量激励下车辆振动识别方法研究与应用

摘要 在车辆测试中,基于近源测试得到的激励信号受到相邻振源的干涉,造成测量路径中的信号相关性较大,从而无法准确获得各激励源贡献。建立具有互相干涉多相关特征的系统传递模型,推导多级输入加速度间相关关系表达式,提出基于真实与计算传递函数判断干涉方向的方法,进而结合相干方法处理干涉源,获得独立源对响应目标贡献;最后,以车辆总成系统为对象,应用系统方法识别车辆振动传递路径和能量贡献,可为解决车辆测试中相关特征的振源识别提供理论和方法上的依据。 In the vehicle test,the excitation signal obtained based on the near source test is interfered by the adjacent vibration sources,resulting in a large signal correlation of the measurement paths,so that it is impossible to accurately obtain the contribution of each excitation source.In this paper,a system transfer model with mutual interference and multicorrelation characteristics is established,and the expression of the correlation among multi-level input accelerations is derived.A method of judging the interference direction based on the real and calculated transfer functions is proposed,and then the interference source is processed by using the coherence method to obtain the contribution of the independent source to the response target.Finally,taking the vehicle assembly system as an object,the system method is applied to identify the vehicle vibration transmission path and energy contribution.This work provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the vibration source identification of relevant characteristics in vehicle testing.
