摘要
多数半主动悬架控制策略中将悬架振动速度信息作为判断依据,实际应用中往往通过加速度积分来获取速度信息,而在积分过程中存在的积分误差会导致控制效果不理想。针对上述问题,基于实车数据分析积分误差对半主动悬架控制策略造成的不利影响,并提出一种基于IIR滤波器的改进单传感器控制策略。该策略避免使用存在误差的积分算法,同时将开关型的单传感器控制策略改进为连续型控制策略。在1/4半主动悬架模型上进行仿真分析。结果表明,改进单传感器控制策略与理想状态下的单传感器算法优化效果相近,能够实现全频域上的优化。
The speed information of suspension vibration is usually used as an index for evaluation of semi-active suspension control strategies.In practice,the speed information is obtained by integration of acceleration.However,the integral error in the integration process may lead to unsatisfactory control effect of the algorithm.In view of the above problem,an improved one-sensor control strategy based on the IIR filter is proposed.This strategy avoids the integration process with errors,and the switch-type control strategy is improved to be a continuous-type control strategy.This control method is validated on a quarter car model.The consequence indicates that,the improved one-sensor control strategy is similar to the one-sensor algorithm in the ideal state,and it can realize optimization in the full frequency domain.
