情景教学中引入Mini-CEX在高职药学类专业学生顶岗实习中的应用研究

Application Research of Introducing Mini-CEX in Scenario Teaching in Post Internship for Pharmaceutical Majors in Higher Vocational Education

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,顶岗实习是药学类专业人才培养的重要方式。目前,Mini-CEX微量表是一种常用的评估工具,最早出现在医学学生的轮岗实习过程考核中,可以有效、客观评价学生的专业知识与技能水平。在高职药学类专业顶岗实习中引入Mini-CEX微型量表,可以提高学生的综合素质。本文在情景教学中引入Mini-CEX微型量表,研究其对高职药学类专业学生顶岗实习产生的应用效果、意义与特点以及其在情景教学中的应用方式,阐述了Mini-CEX微量表评估在高等职业教育药学类专业人才培养的重要意义,为提升教学质量做参考。

Higher vocational education is an important component of higher education in China,and internship in pharmaceutical majors is an important stage of talent cultivation.Currently,the Mini-CEX micro scale is a commonly used evaluation tool that first appeared in the assessment of medical students'rotation internship process.It can effectively and objectively evaluate students'professional knowledge and skill levels.Introducing the Mini-CEX mini scale in the internship of pharmaceutical majors in higher vocational colleges can help students better improve their overall quality.This article introduces the Mini-CEX micro scale in situational teaching,studies its application effect,significance and characteristics on on-the-job internships of higher vocational pharmaceutical students,as well as its application methods in situational teaching.It elaborates on the important significance of Mini-CEX micro scale evaluation in the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals in higher vocational education,providing reference for improving teaching quality.
