摘要
基于乡村振兴战略背景,对农村幼儿教师队伍建设现状及存在问题进行研究,采取整群抽样的方式,从山东省12个不同经济发展水平区县的农村幼儿教师中选取被试,进行问卷调查和访谈,回收有效问卷556份,配合开展30例深度访谈,发现当前存在的问题有:管理体制机制有待进一步完善,人才相对容易流失;农村幼儿教师薪酬待遇相对偏低,文化支持和心理支持有待加强;师资资质相对单薄,专业发展相对不足。建议:优化管理,完善制度,建设良好职业环境;财政倾斜,加大投入,提高教师福利待遇;拓宽思路,多路共进,提升师资队伍素质。
Based on the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper studied the current situation and existing problems of the construction of rural preschool teacher staff.Adopting a cluster sampling method,participants were selected from rural preschool teachers in 12 different economic development levels of districts and counties in Shandong province for questionnaire surveys and interviews.556 valid questionnaires were collected and 30 in-depth interviews were conducted.It was found that the current problems were:the management system and mechanism needed further improving,and talents were relatively easy to drain;the salary of rural preschool teachers was relatively low,and cultural support and psychological support needed strengthening;teachers'qualifications were relatively weak and professional development was relatively insufficient.Suggestions:optimize the management,improve the system,and build a good professional environment;fiscal tilt,increase investment,and improve the welfare of teachers;broaden our thinking,make progress in multiple ways,and improve the quality of the teaching staff.
