2023年上半年天津蔬菜田头市场行情走势相对平稳,处于近3年同期价格最低位。其中,叶类蔬菜本地种植面积大,3月开始大量上市,价格波动明显,同比上涨;茄果类蔬菜本地生产周期相对较长,4月陆续上市,价格持续下行,同比下降;耐储菜上半年本地上市量相对偏弱,价格走势平稳,同比降幅明显。蔬菜田头市场价格呈现周期性和季节性变化,天气是引起蔬菜异常波动的主要原因,部分蔬菜价格还存在“大小年”现象,蔬菜销售形式日趋多样化。总体来看,2023年天津蔬菜供应形势宽松,受蔬菜供应地转换、生产方式转变、生产和人工成本上涨等因素影响,下半年蔬菜田头价格将小幅上行,同比略低于上年同期。
