Analysis of Rural Governance Paths under The Concept of Rural Collective Economic Development

农村集体经济发展是乡村治理的重要内容,相关的经济组织是村级组织体系的一部分。研究过程分析了二者之间的关系,阐述了农村集体经济薄弱、组织失范、监督不充分对乡村治理工作的影响。在国家现行政策措施的基础上,提出了针对以上问题的应对策略,包括发展壮大农村集体经济、提升相关组织的规范性、加强内外部监督,其作用为巩固乡村治理的物质基础、人才基础和制度基础。

Rural collective economy is an important part of rural governance,and relevant economic organizations are part of the village-level organization system.The research process analyzes the relationship between the two,and expounds the impact of the weak rural collective economy,organizational anomie and inadequate supervision on rural governance.On the basis of the current national policies and measures,this paper puts forward countermeasures to the above problems,including developing and strengthening the rural collective economy,improving the standardization of relevant organizations,and strengthening internal and external supervision.Its role is to consolidate the material,talent and institutional basis of rural governance.
