农民主体视角下乡村振兴的现状和未来——基于安徽省安庆市岳西县河图镇的访谈和问卷调研

The Current Situation and Future of Rural Revitalization at The Perspective of Farmers':Subjective Status Based on the Interviews and Questionnaire Survey in Hetu Town,Yuexi County of Anqing,Anhui Province

坚持农民的主体地位是全面推进乡村振兴战略的基本遵循,倾听农民的政治诉求、文化需求和生产生活期望,能够为优化农业农村现代化政策提供重要数据支撑和有益参考。本文研究视角聚焦于农民主体,运用实地问卷调研和访谈法,对安庆市岳西县河图镇乡村振兴的若干问题进行实证分析,探讨农民对于乡村振兴的认知和期许,分析当前农业农村发展中存在的现实问题以及未来发展所需跨越的困境,提出从强魂、创新、集智等方面为乡村振兴提质增效的对策和建议。

Adhering to the subjective status of farmers is the basic principle for comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.Listening to the political demands,cultural needs,production and life expectations of farmers can provide important data support and helpful reference for optimizing agricultural and rural modernization policies.This article focuses on the research perspective of farmers as the subjective status,and uses field survey and interview methods to conduct empirical analysis on several issues related to rural revitalization in Hetu Town,Yuexi County,Anqing City applying field questionnaire and interview focused on farmers'subjectivity,and consequently probed into the expectations of farmers for the current situation and future development goals of rural revitalization and analyzed the realistic problems existing in the current agricultural and rural development and the difficulties that must be overcome in the future development,and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and efficiency of rural revitalization from the aspects of strengthening the soul,innovation,intelligence gathering,etc.
