摘要
乡村振兴战略是全方位立体式的推进农民、农业、农村三位一体的发展战略,拥有划时代的现实意义。乡村振兴将催生出更多创新创业机会,帮助大学生成功创业,提升自身的社会价值,充分解决我国农村地区所面临的三农问题。结合大学生进入农村创新创业的意义,明确大学生返乡创业的问题,相关部门应通过“政策倾斜”“过程服务”“人才培育”及“宣传教育”等对策,提升大学生返乡创业质量,挖掘大学生返乡创业潜能,推动农村政治、经济、文化的健康发展。
The rural revitalization strategy is a comprehensive and three-dimensional development strategy that promotes the integration of farmers,agriculture,and rural areas,and has epoch-making practical significance.Rural revitalization brings new vitality to the rural economy,which will generate more opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship,help college students succeed in entrepreneurship,enhance their social value,and fully solve the three rural issues faced by rural areas in China.Based on the significance of college students entering rural areas for innovation and entrepreneurship,it is necessary to clarify the issue of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.Relevant departments should adopt measures such as"policy tilt","process service","talent cultivation",and"publicity and education"to improve the quality of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,tap into their potential for returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and promote the healthy development of rural economy,culture,and politics.
