团体心率变异性生物反馈对精神分裂症患者的影响

Effect of group heart rate variability biofeedback on patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨团体心率变异性生物反馈治疗在精神分裂症患者中的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年6月芜湖市第四人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者103例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成2组,其中对照组(51例)进行常规治疗,试验组(52例)在对照组治疗基础上进行为期10周共30次的团体心率变异性生物反馈治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后自知力与态度治疗问卷(ITAQ)、护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、护士用简明精神病量表(N-BPRS)的评分变化。结果:干预10周后2组患者ITAQ、N-BPRS、NOSIE得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团体心率变异性生物反馈治疗可以改善精神分裂症患者的疾病状况、自知力和治疗态度。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of group heart rate variability biofeedback therapy in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 103 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in hospitals from Jan 2021 to Jun 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table.And the control group(51 cases)received routine treatment,and the experimental group(52 cases)received group heart rate variability biofeedback 3 times per week for 10 weeks on the basis of control group.The scores of Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaires(ITAQ),the Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),and the Nurse's Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(N-BPRS)were analyzed before and after treatment.Result:The difference in ITAQ,N-BPRS and NOSIE scores between the two groups after 10 weeks of intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group heart rate variability biofeedback therapy can improve the disease status,self-awareness and treatment attitude of patients with schizophrenia.
