摘要
综合素质评价与核心素养是当前教育界备受关注的高频热点。与分别研究与论述相比,两者究竟是一种什么关系,更为人们所困。在分析综合素质评价政策意蕴和核心素养学理意涵的基础上,对两者进行系统的关系辩证,可知两者在生成逻辑下辩证统一于促进人的素质提升,在运行过程中辩证统一于教育的高质量发展,在价值旨归上辩证统一于实现人的全面发展。这种辩证关系决定了两者是同向同行的联动发展,而走心、走深和走实两者的联动发展,则需要塑造两者联动发展的价值理念,加强两者联动发展的理论研究,探索两者联动发展的实践机制。
Comprehensive quality evaluation and core competency are hot topics in the field of education and the relationship between the two is confusing.Analyzing their policy and theory,it is found that the two are dialectically unified in improving human quality under generative logic,in high-quality development of education during operation,and in achieving compre hensive human development in value orienta tion.This determines the linkage development of the two in the same direction.In order to realize deep and solid coordinated development of the two,it requires shaping related value concept,strengthening theoretical research and exploring practical mechanism.
