UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)复合材料对酸性橙7的吸附性能

摘要 采用溶剂热法制备Zr基金属有机骨架UiO-66-NH_(2),将UiO-66-NH_(2)掺杂稀土金属铈(Ce)制备了一种复合金属有机骨架材料UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce),对两种材料进行表征,并研究了UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)对阴离子染料酸性橙7(AO7)的吸附性能。结果表明,两种材料的形貌和官能团几乎一致,但UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)的比表面积(618.50 m^(2)/g)和孔容(0.3033 cm^(3)/g)均明显大于UiO-66-NH_(2);在pH 5.0、反应温度25℃、AO7初始质量浓度50 mg/L、反应时间60 min时,UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)对于AO7的吸附量为303.0 mg/g、吸附率为85.8%;UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)对AO7的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,吸附过程符合Langmuir单分子层化学吸附模型,且吸附过程是吸热的、自发的;但因UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce)材料为粉末结晶体,经解析再生后,吸附性能有所下降,回收率较低。 Zr-based metal-organic framework UiO-66-NH_(2) was prepared by solvent-thermal method, and a composite metal-organic framework material UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) was prepared by UiO-66-NH_(2) doped with rare earth metal element Cerium(Ce), the two materials were characterized, and the adsorption performance of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) on the anion dye acid orange 7(AO7) was studied.The results show that the morphology and functional groups of the two materials are almost identical, but the specific surface area(618.50 m^(2)/g) and pore volume(0.303 3 cm^(3)/g) of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) are significantly larger than those of UiO-66-NH_(2). The adsorption capacity of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) for AO7 is 303.0 mg/g and the adsorption rate is 85.8% at pH 5.0, reaction temperature 25 ℃, initial mass concentration of AO7 50 mg/L and reaction time 60 min. The adsorption kinetics of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) to AO7 conforms to the quasi-secondary kinetic model, and the adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir monolayer chemisorption model, and the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic. After regeneration by analysis, the adsorption performance of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Ce) decreased,and the regeneration rate was low because the material is powder crystal.
