基于Web of Science儿童药物不良反应文献计量学分析

摘要 目的:分析儿童药物不良反应的研究现状、研究热点及其发展趋势,为今后的研究提供参考依据。方法:基于Web of Science核心数据库,应用HistCite和CiteSpace软件对1982年1月到2021年10月的文献进行文献计量学分析和可视化分析。结果:在Web of Science核心数据库中共检索到文献2431篇,其中2019年发文量最大,发文最多的作者是Choonara I,发文量最多的杂志是Drug Safety,发文量最多的机构是伦敦大学。结论:近30年来儿童药物不良反应的研究平稳发展,相关研究的药师、医护多在治疗方法、药效、药物临床试验等热点问题领域进行探索,为国内儿童药物不良反应的研究提供了思路。 Objective:To analyze the current status,research hotspots and development trends of adverse drug reactions in children,so as to provide reference for future research.Methods:Based on Web of Science core database,HistCite and CiteSpace software were used to perform bibliometric analysis and visualization analysis on the literature from Jan.1982 to Oct.2021.Results:A total of 2,431 articles were retrieved from the Web of Science core database.The largest number of publications was recorded in 2019,with Choonara I being the most prolific author,Drug Safety being the journal with the largest number of publications,and the University of London being the institution with the largest number of publications.Conclusion:Research on adverse drug reactions in children has developed steadily over the past 30 years,the pharmacists,clinicians and nurses focus on the relevant studies such as treatment methods,drug efficacy and clinical trials,providing insights for research on adverse drug reactions in children in China.
