摘要
全民终身学习时代呼唤能够指导促进学习者终身学习及推动学习型社会建设的学习理念。在文化视角下,深度学习是学习者在文化情境中通过各种交互形式投入学习,深刻理解文化内容并可将其迁移到认识与创造活动中的能力。由此出发所建构起的深度学习文化观能为推动全民终身学习体系建设提供新思路。要系统性地推动我国全民终身学习,需要从探索引领全民终身学习的本土化深度学习理念、完善支撑全民终身深度学习的体制机制及通过多种形式培育全民终身深度学习能力三个层面入手。
The era of lifelong learning for all calls for learning ideas that can guide and promote lifelong learning for learners and promote the construction of a learning society.From the perspective of culture,deep learning is the ability of learners to engage in learning through various interactive forms in a cultural context,deeply understand the cultural content and transfer it to cognitive and creative activities.From this point of view,the cultural view of deep learning can provide new ideas for promoting the construction of a lifelong learning system for all.In order to systematically promote the lifelong learning for all in China,it is necessary to explore the localized deep learning concept that leads the lifelong learning for all,improve the system and mechanism that supports the lifelong deep learning for all,and cultivate the lifelong deep learning ability for all through various forms.
