药学管理服务在心血管疾病防治中的重要性

Importance of pharmaceutical management services in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disor-ders

目的分析药学管理服务在心血管疾病防治中的重要性。方法分析2019年12月至2020年12月在山西省汾阳医院住院的160例心血管疾病患者的用药情况。观察组80例,由临床药师构建管理服务体系,并从参与处方审核、不定期查房、评估用药效果和提出用药指导意见等方面强化药学管理服务;对照组80例只进行常规药学服务。比较2组患者的治疗收益和用药安全性。结果观察组患者的用药依从性提高率(68±12)%和满意度(99%)均高于对照组[(37±11)%和85%,t=5.219,P<0.05;χ^(2)=9.742,P<0.05];住院时间、再入院率和药物不良反应发生率低于对照组[(7.2±2.2)d与(13.6±3.2)d,t=5.179,P<0.05;(17±4)%与(68±7)%;t=7.258,P<0.05;3%与9%,χ^(2)=6.258,P<0.05],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化药学管理服务可增强心血管疾病患者的药物治疗效果,保障用药安全,促进合理用药,应在做好临床跟踪调研、加强与医护人员信息沟通、强化用药教育充分发挥药学管理服务功能。

Objective To investigate the importance of pharmaceutical management services in preven-tion and treatment of cardiovascular disorders.Methods The use of medications in 160 patients with cardiovas-cular disorders who stayed in Shanxi Fenyang hospital between December 2019 and December 2020 was re-viewed.The sub-jects were randomly divided into the study group(n=80)and control group(n=80).In the study group,a pharma-ceutical management service framework was built and initiated by clinical pharmacists who rein-forced pharma-ceutical management services(including recommendatory guidance on medications)by prescription auditing,un-scheduled participation in ward rounds,and assessing the medication efficacy.In the control group,only usual pharmaceutical services were delivered.The two groups were compared for treatment benefits and med-ication safety.Results The patients in the study group rated higher in compliance and satisfaction to medications[(68±12)%vs(37±11)%、t=5.219,P<0.05;99%vs 85%,χ^(2)=9.742,P<0.05],and had shorter or lower length of hospital stay[(7.2±2.2)d vs(13.6±3.2)d,t=5.179,P<0.05],rate of readmission[(17±4)%vs(68±7)%,t=7.258,P<0.05],and incidence of drug-related adverse reactions(3%vs 9%,χ^(2)=6.258,P<0.05),compared with the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Reinforcement in the pharmaceutical management ser-vices may add to medication efficacy for patients with cardiovascular disorders,ensure medication safety and pro-mote rational drug use.Further to these,the role of pharmaceutical management services should be given full play by optimizing clinical follow-up studies,enhancing communication with medical health workers,and intensive ed-ucation on medications.
