富血小板血浆治疗反复着床失败的研究进展

Research progress of platelet-rich plasma therapy for repeated implantation failure

不孕症发病率逐年上升,将成为仅次于肿瘤和心脑血管疾病的全球第三大疾病,给家庭和社会带来巨大影响。富血小板血浆富含多种生物活性物质,具有促细胞增殖、促血管生成、调控炎症及免疫调节的生物学作用。宫腔灌注血小板血浆治疗可改善反复着床失败的不孕患者的妊娠结局,或是一种具有广阔发展前景的新型治疗策略。本文总结了在反复着床失败患者中应用富血小板血浆的有效性、安全性及局限性,并阐明其改善子宫内膜容受性的潜在机制,以期为临床诊疗提供新思路。

The incidence of infertility is increasing year by year,and it will become the third largest disease in the world after tumors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,bringing great impact to families and society.Platelet-rich plasma is rich in a variety of bioactive substances,which has biological effects of promoting cell proliferation,promoting angiogenesis,modulating inflammation,and immune regulation.Intrauterine perfusion platelet plasma therapy may improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent implantation failure,and may be a promising new treatment strategy.This article summarizes the efficacy,safety and limitations of platelet-rich plasma in patients with repeated implantation failure,and elucidates its potential mechanism for improving endometrial receptivity,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
