颊针疗法在鼻咽癌同步放化疗后吞咽困难患者中的应用

Application of buccal acupuncture therapy in patients with dysphagia after simultaneous radiochemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨颊针疗法在鼻咽癌同步放化疗后吞咽困难患者中的应用。方法本研究选取湖南中医药大学2020年1月至2022年1月收治的180例鼻咽癌同步放化疗后吞咽困难患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为康复组和联合组,各90例。康复组进行口周康复训练进行治疗,联合组在康复组基础上进行颊针疗法,共治疗2个月。比较两组治疗2个月后的疗效、满意度,并比较两组治疗前后吞咽功能评估量表(GUSS)评分及中文版吞咽生命质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分。结果治疗2个月后,联合组疗效优于康复组(P<0.05);两组GUSS评分、SWAL-QOL评分较治疗前均升高,且联合组高于康复组(P<0.05);联合组满意度高于康复组(P<0.05)。结论颊针疗法联合口周康复训练治疗鼻咽癌同步放化疗后吞咽困难患者的效果更好,可使吞咽功能得到提升、生活质量得到改善,提升患者治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the application of buccal acupuncture therapy in patients with dysphagia after simultaneous radiochemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 180 patients with dysphagia after simultaneous radiochemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and they were divided into rehabilitation group and combination group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The rehabilitation group was treated with perioral rehabilitation training,and the combination group was treated with buccal acupuncture on the basis of the rehabilitation group,the treatment lasted for two months.The efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups after two months of treatment were compared,and the gugging swallowing function(GUSS)score and swallowing-quality of life(SWAL-QOL)score in Chinese version of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After two months of treatment,the curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05);the GUSS score and SWAL-QOL score in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the rehabilitation group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the combination group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of buccal acupuncture therapy combined with perioral rehabilitation training on dysphagia patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after simultaneous radiochemotherapy is better,which can improve the swallowing function and the quality of life,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
