光子治疗用于痔疮手术术后肛周水肿的效果

Effect of photon therapy on perianal edema after hemorrhoid surgery

目的探讨光子治疗用于痔疮手术术后肛周水肿的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月安徽省合肥市第二人民医院收治的混合痔行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)及外痔切除术患者80例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规创面消毒换药及护理,观察组在对照组基础上行光子治疗。观察两组术后肛周水肿、出血、疼痛、创面渗液、切口愈合情况及住院时间。结果干预7 d后,两组肛周水肿、出血、疼痛及创面渗液评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院天数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光子治疗可缓解痔疮患者术后肛周水肿及出血,改善患者术后疼痛及创面渗液,促进其术后切口愈合。

Objective To explore the effect of photon therapy on perianal edema after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)and external hemorrhoidectomy were selected from the Hefei Second People’s Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2020 to December 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine wound disinfection,dressing and nursing,and the observation group was treated with photon therapy on the basis of the control group.Perianal edema,bleeding,pain,wound seepage,wound healing,and hospital stay of the two groups were observed.Results After seven days of intervention,perianal edema,bleeding,pain,and wound seepage scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,while those of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences,were statistically significant(P<0.05);incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hospitalization days between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Photon therapy can relieve perianal edema and bleeding in patients with hemorrhoids,improve postoperative pain and wound seepage,and promote postoperative incision healing.
