摘要
SPRY2作为重要信使RNA,参与多种疾病的病理过程,在维持细胞稳态中发挥关键作用,甚至是研究癌症发病机制潜在治疗靶点。虽然SPRY2已在诸多疾病中进行较为广泛和深入的探讨,但尚未见其在细胞表型研究中的系统报道。对SPRY2研究现状和动态分析,发现其在细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、侵袭、细胞自噬、上皮间充质转化与血管生成等方面具有特异性,尤其在细胞增殖上,为SPRY2后续研究提供思路。
As an important messenger RNA,SPRY2 is involved in the pathological process of many diseases,plays a key role in maintaining cell homeostasis,and is even considered as a potential therapeutic target for studying cancer pathogenesis.Although SPRY2 has been extensively and deeply studied in many diseases,there is no systematic report on its role in cell phenotype.The research status and dynamic analysis of SPRY2 showed that it is specific in cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,autophagy,epithelial mesenchymal transformation,and angiogenesis.Especially on cell proliferation,it provides ideas for SPRY2 follow-up research.
