基于以影像存储及传输系统的呼吸科病例讨论在硕士研究生实习过程中的应用

摘要 目的探讨以影像存储及传输系统(PACS)为基础的呼吸科病例讨论在硕士研究生实习过程中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月轮转山东中医药大学呼吸与危重症医学科的专业学位硕士研究生105名,调查问卷设置了15个项目,观察指标为实习研究生对PACS的熟悉程度和参加基于PACS的呼吸科病例讨论积极性和学习效果认可度,每个项目有反应不同等级的熟悉度或认可度的4个选项供选择。结果本调查共发放问卷105份,回收有效问卷105份,有效回收率为100%。轮转的临床专业硕士研究生对PACS在呼吸系统疾病诊断中的应用认知程度较差,非常熟悉+熟悉的人数比例为26.67%~42.86%。而对基于PACS的呼吸科病例讨论的参与度较高,对PACS在阅片及呼吸科病例讨论中的应用效果的认可度较高,非常认可+认可的人数比例为80.98%~91.43%。结论基于PACS的病例讨论是一种良好的教学方法,可以增加学生对讨论疾病的认识。为了更加有效合理地利用这种教学手段,需要带教老师和临床专业研究生的共同参与及努力。 Objective To explore the application of respiratory case discussion based on picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in the practice of master students. Methods From January 2021 to June 2022, a total of 105 graduate students with professional degrees in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, and 15 items were set up in the questionnaire. The observation indicators were the familiarity of the trainee students with PACS, the enthusiasm of participating in the discussion of respiratory cases based on PACS, and the recognition of learning effect. Each project had four options reflecting different levels of familiarity or recognition. Results A total of 105 questionnaires were sent out in this survey, and 105 were effectively collected, with an effective recovery rate of 100%. The degree of cognition of the application of PACS in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases was poor, and the proportion of people who were very familiar with PACS was 26.67% to 42.86%. The participation in the discussion of respiratory cases based on PACS was higher, and the recognition of the application effect of PACS in the review of radiography and the discussion of respiratory cases was higher, with the proportion of students who were highly approved + approved ranging from 80.98% to 91.43%. Conclusion Case discussion based on PACS is a good teaching method that can increase students’awareness of discussing diseases. In order to make more effective and reasonable use of this teaching method, it is necessary to take the teachers and clinical graduate students to participate in and make efforts.
