浅谈袋装铁合金自动取样机应用实践

中南股份检测中心的5E-CPY型袋装铁合金取样机主要负责对袋装铁合金的机械取样。该机功能相对单一,仅有取样功能,未配备除尘系统,不具备袋装铁合金在线粒度检测功能。粒度检验只能通过人工筛分,效率低下。文章介绍了检测中心通过工程改造项目运用的一套先进袋装铁合金自动取样及粒度检验系统,解决了改造前袋装铁合金检验存在的问题,提升袋装铁合金质量检验装备水平,堵塞管理漏洞,改善作业环境和降低劳动强度,提高检验效率。

The 5E-CPY bagged ferroalloy sampling machine for ZNIS testing center is mainly responsible for mechanical sampling of the company′s bagged ferroalloy.The machine has relatively single function,only sampling function,no dust removal system,and no online particle size detection function.Particle size inspection can only be conducted by manual screening,which is extremely inefficient.This paper introduces a set of advanced automatic sampling and particle size inspection system of bagged ferroalloy used by the testing center at ZNIS through the project transformation,which solves the problems existing in the inspection of bagged ferroalloy of the company before the transformation,improves the quality inspection equipment level of the company′s bagged ferroalloy,plugs the management loopholes,improves the working environment and reduces the labor intensity,improves the inspection efficiency.
