中南股份7号高炉铁口喷溅治理操作实践

摘要 中南股份7号高炉(2200 m^(3))2022年3月大修投产后,3个铁口出现较为严重的喷溅现象,造成出铁时渣铁流偏小,易导致高炉炉内憋渣铁,影响高炉稳定、顺行。通过采取降低炉内压差、优化高炉操业制度、铁口压浆、改善炮泥质量、重新制作铁口泥套等措施进行综合治理,取得了良好的效果,铁口喷溅得到了有效控制,高炉铁产量由6800 t/d提升至7200 t/d以上,效果显著。 After the overhaul and operation of BF#7(2200 m^(3))at ZNIS in March 2022,serious splashing phenomena appeared at three tapholes,resulting in small slag flow during iron tapping,which easily leads to slag blocking in the blast furnace,affecting the stability and running of the blast furnace.The following measures were taken to reduce the pressure difference in the furnace,optimize the operation system of the blast furnace,restrain the slurry at the tapholes,improve the quality of the blast mud,and re-make the mud sleeve at the tapholes.Good results were obtained,and the splashing problem of the taphole was effectively controlled,and the iron output of the blast furnace was gradually increased from 6800 t/d to more than 7200 t/d,with remarkable results.
