工程造价预算方法及思路研究——以某办公楼为例

Research on the Method and Idea of Engineering Cost Budget——Taking an Office Building as an Example

以工程造价的基本理论为指导,以广东省某市区某办公楼项目为研究对象,采用先进的广联达工程造价电脑软件,根据广东地区的建筑工程定额和取费标准,对项目工程施工图进行模型绘制和价格计算,并完成预算书编制,找寻建模和计价的规律,发现过程中遇到的问题并尝试探究出解决方案,为以后的相关研究提供实用性参考。

Guided by the basic theory of engineering cost,an office building project in a certain urban area of Guangdong Province is taken as the research object.Using advanced GBG engineering cost software,based on the construction project quota and pricing standards in Guangdong region,the construction drawings of the project are modeled and calculated,and the budget is prepared.The modeling and pricing rules are searched,and problems encountered during the process are identified and solutions are attempted to be explored,which offer practical references for future related research.
