Inconel 718镍基高温合金超声振动辅助钻削的刀具磨损实验研究

摘要 针对Inconel 718镍基高温合金在钻削过程中刀具磨损严重的问题,提出了采用超声振动辅助钻削的方法进行加工,并研究了超声辅助钻削加工Inconel 718镍基高温合金刀具磨损的影响因素。设计并开展了多因素对比试验,对同一把刀具在不同钻孔数量下的微观形貌、钻削轴向力、钻削温度和孔壁表面粗糙度进行研究,并通过这四个方面来研究刀具磨损情况。研究结果表明:与传统钻削相比,超声振动辅助钻削Inconel 718镍基高温合金可以减小钻削轴向力、钻削温度和表面粗糙度,改善刀具磨损情况。 In view of the serious tool wear of Inconel 718 nickel base superalloy in the drilling process,the ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling method is proposed for machining,and the influencing factors of tool wear of Inconel 718 nickel base superalloy are studied.A multi factor comparative experiment is designed to study the micro morphology,drilling axial force,drilling temperature and hole wall surface roughness of the same tool under different drlling numbers.The tool wear is studied through these four aspects.The results show that compared with traditional drlling,ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling of Inconel 718 nickel based superalloy can reduce the drilling axial force,drilling temperature and surface roughness,and improve the tool wear.
