浅谈如何界定国企党建质量标准

How to define the quality standard of Party building work in State-Owned Enterprises

本文主要研究内容为如何界定国有企业党建质量标准,以此找到提高国企党建质量的途径。本文从党建质量的本质、国企党建质量的内涵、国企党建质量标准的界定三个方面由浅入深地分析和论述。在研究党建质量的本质方面,从基本内涵、工作方法、检验评价三个层面进行剖析;在国企党建质量内涵方面,从党委(党组)、基层党委、基层党支部、党员四个层面分别进行论述;在国企党建质量标准的界定方面,从政治忠诚度、群众满意度、发展融合度三个维度进行阐述,试图通过建立科学客观、有效管用的质量标准体系,对党建质量进行衡量和评价。

This paper mainly research on how to define the quality standard of Party building work in state-owned enterprises,so as to find ways to improve the quality of Party building in state-owned enterprises.This paper analyzes and discusses from three aspects:the essence of Party building quality,the connotation of Party building quality in state-owned enterprises and the definition of Party building quality standard in state-owned enterprises.In the study of the essence of the quality of Party building,from the basic connotation,working methods,inspection and evaluation of three aspects of analysis.In terms of the connotation of the quality of Party building in state-owned enterprises,it is discussed from four levels:Party committee(Party group),grass-roots Party committee,grass-roots Party branch and Party members.In terms of defining the quality standards of Party building in state-owned enterprises,this paper expounds the three dimensions of political loyalty,mass satisfaction and development integration,and attempts to measure and evaluate the quality of Party building by establishing a scientific,objective and effective quality standard system.
