本文从一体化运行模式的优势分析入手,围绕现阶段一体化运行模式存在的主要问题,结合实践案例,提出针对进口物资采购一体化运行模式的优化措施,以进一步提升进口物资采购效能。

Starting from the analysis of the advantages of the integrated operation mode,this paper focuses on the main problems existing in the current stage of the integrated operation mode.Combining practical cases,it proposes optimization measures for the integrated operation mode of imported material procurement to further enhance the efficiency of imported material procurement.
