食品用预拌粉加工过程风险及相关验证技术要求的探析

摘要 文中首先阐述了食品用预拌粉行业发展动态及其在相关法规、标准上存在较大空白的情况,并介绍了食品用预拌粉常见的生产工艺,其次以食品用预拌粉加工过程风险分析为切入点,识别出食品添加剂混合不均、加工过程环境控制不严两类主要风险,最后通过参考饲料产品相关标准、部分食品类别的审查细则或标准、有关文献等方式确定食品用预拌粉加工过程风险验证技术要求,不仅为该产品的技术审评提供参考,还将助力相关企业落实主体责任,助推食品用预拌粉行业的高质量发展。 Firstly,the development trend of ready-mixed powder for food industry and the blank situation in relevant regulations and standards are described,and the common production processes of ready-mixed powder for food are introduced.Secondly,the risk analysis of the processing of ready-mixed powder for food is taken as the breakthrough point to identify the two main risks of uneven mixing of food additives and lax environmental control in the processing.Finally,the technical requirements for risk validation of ready-mixed powder for food are determined by referring to the relevant standards of feed products,the rules or standards for review of some food categories,and relevant literature.It will not only provide reference for the technical evaluation of the product,but also help related enterprises to implement the main responsibility and promote the high-quality development of the ready-mixed powder industry for food.
