摘要
为助力CAE软件国产自主化,聚焦轨道交通行业中列车明线运行遇到的横风问题,以三辆编组高速列车为研究对象,选用三维定常不可压缩雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型进行数值模拟,采用INTESIM软件对不同横风工况进行数值模拟,并与相同参数设置条件下的FLUENT软件模拟结果进行对比。结果表明:INTESIM软件计算的车体表面压力分布和列车周围速度分布与FLUENT软件计算结果相吻合,列车表面压力监控点误差不超过10%,验证INTESIM软件对列车明线运行外流场特性问题计算较准确。
To help the localization of CAE software,focusing on the crosswind issue encountered in the open line operation of trains in the rail transit industry,a three-car high-speed trains is simulated using three-dimensional steady incompressible Reynolds time averaged N-S equation and standard k-εturbulence model.Numerical simulation results of different crosswind conditions using INTESIM software is compared with the results of FLUENT software simulation under the same parameter settings.The results show that the pressure distribution on the car body surface and the speed distribution around the train by INTESIM software are consistent with the calculation results of FLUENT software,and the error of the pressure monitoring points on the train surface is not more than 10%,which verifies that INTESIM software is accurate in the outflow field characteristics computation of the open line operation of trains.
