Key Initiatives and Lessons Learned from School Sports Reform Program“P.E. for the Student Outstanding School Headmaster”:Coding Analysis Based on Nvivo Software

采用文献资料、逻辑分析、内容分析等方法,对全国31所“以体树人校”学校体育改革的案例进行了深入探究。研究认为:“以体树人校”学校体育改革的重要举措聚焦于:树立学科融合的教育理念;创造利于学生参与体育锻炼的氛围与制度;推动学校体育课程改革;积极开展课外体育锻炼;大力开展课外体育训练与竞赛;优化学校体育硬件保障;加强体育教师队伍建设;争取“家社”力量的坚实支撑。在深化新时代学校体育改革的背景下,应培育校长“以体树人”观,提升校长体育管理艺术;强化学校体育改革支持体系,凝聚合力共促改革深化;夯实学校体育发展之基,加强学校体育政策的有效落实;科学研判找准发力支点,以点带面撬动改革全局。

Adopting literature,logical and content analysis an in-depth study of 31 cases of school P.E.reforms in schools with a focus on P.E.for the student was conducted.The study concluded that the important measures for the reform of P.E.in schools with a focus establishing the educational concept of integration of disciplines,creating an atmosphere and system conducive to the students’participation in P.E.,promoting the reform of school P.E.curricula;actively carrying out extracurricular P.E.,vigorously conducting extracurricular P.E.trainings and competitions,and optimizing the hardware support for P.E.in schools,strengthening the construction of P.E.teachers and seeking solid support from the family and the community.In the context of deepening the reform of school sports in the new era,it is necessary to cultivate the headmaster’s view of nurturing the students through P.E.and improve the art of sports management,strengthen the support system of school sports reform and cohesion to promote the deepening of the reform,consolidate the foundation for the development of school sports,strengthen the effective implementation of the policy of school sports,and reinforce the scientific research.
