蝶形砂轮几何参数对刀具槽型影响的分析

摘要 螺旋槽是整体刀具最重要的结构之一,对刀具的切削性能起决定性作用。在不同的砂轮几何参数下,运用数值计算求解螺旋槽截型曲线和仿真加工螺旋槽,分析蝶形砂轮几何参数对刀具螺旋槽槽型的影响。研究结果表明:砂轮宽度、大端圆角和小端圆角对反屑面轮廓影响较为显著;砂轮大端圆角、小端圆角和倾角增大,前刀面轮廓内凹减小,反屑面轮廓外凸减小;砂轮宽度增大,前刀面轮廓内凹增大,反屑面轮廓外凸增大。 The groove is one of the most important parts of cutting tools,which has a significant effect on milling performance.In order to analyze the effects of dishing wheel geometric parameters impacts on helical groove profile of cutting tools,helical groove section curves are calculated and helical grooves are simulated under the different wheel geometric parameters.The results show that the wheel width,big-end radius and small-end radius have a great influence on the flute profile near rear.With the increase of the wheel big-end radius,small-end radius and tilt angle,the concave level of rake face profile and the convex level of flute profile near rear both decrease.However,the concave level of rake face profile and the convex level of flute profile near rear both increase with the increasing wheel width.
