摘要
研究了不同车削加工参数对ER8车轮表面完整性的影响,采用X射线残余应力仪、材料硬度仪、扫描电子显微镜以及三维表面轮廓仪测量了不同切削速度、切削深度和进给量条件下的车轮幅板表面残余应力、表面及剖面纵深硬度、表面形貌及粗糙度。试验结果表明:进给量从0.8mm/r增加至1.0mm/r,再增加至1.5mm/r的情况下,残余应力提升了16.15%和19.17%,表面粗糙度增长了52.9%和118.76%。不同车削加工参数对表面硬度、剖面纵深硬度影响不大。适当减小进给速度可提升车轮表面的粗糙度水平,降低车轮表面的粗糙度和残余应力,使车轮的表面完整性更好。
The influence of different turning parameters on the surface integrity of ER8 wheel is studied.X-ray residual stress meter,material hardness tester,scanning electron microscope and three-dimensional surface profiler are used to characterize the residual stresses,material hardness,surface morphology,and roughness of ER8 wheel under different cutting speeds,cutting depths and feed speeds.The results show that the residual stress increased by 16.15%and 19.17%,and the surface roughness increased by 52.9%and 118.76%,when the feed speeds increased from 0.8mm/r to 1.0mm/r and then to 1.5mm/r.Different turning parameters have little effect on surface hardness and profile depth hardness.Properly reducing the feed rate can improve the wheel surface smoothness,reduce roughness and residual stress,and make the wheel surface integrity better.
